🚚 Delivery Options (UK)

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Standard Delivery

3–5 working days

£3.50 or FREE on orders over £50

First Class Delivery

1–2 working days

£6.25

Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

 

📦 Processing Time

During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, launches), the processing time may extend slightly — we’ll always keep you updated.

 

🕯️ Packaging & Sustainability

Your order is securely packed with recyclable materials wherever possible.

We strive to minimise waste while ensuring your candles arrive safely and beautifully presented.

 

📍 Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable).
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

 

❗ Delays or Issues

While we aim to deliver on time, courier delays may occasionally occur.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please email us at hello@jojomarie.co.uk and we’ll look into it immediately.

 

❌ Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us, we can resend it — however, a redelivery fee may apply.

 

🌍 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international delivery.
